ISOFLANGES was founded in 2016 in response to a technical challenge: A project lacked the right insulating flange\u2014one that would simultaneously meet requirements for leak tightness, pressure resistance, electrical insulation, and CCP standards, while remaining maintenance-free. Rather than settling for compromises, a young team collaborated with a technology partner to develop a new, precisely engineered connection technology\u2014with a particular focus on the increasing requirements posed by hydrogen and other critical media. <\/p>

To this day, ISOFLANGES is driven by the conviction that progress is born when technical ambition meets responsibility. In a rapidly changing energy landscape, we need connection technologies that anticipate future requirements\u2014for hydrogen, CO\u2082, and other critical media. <\/p>

With this commitment, ISOFLANGES develops and manufactures highly specialized insulated flange systems at its Winsen (Aller) facility\u2014Made in Germany. When standard solutions are not sufficient, new custom-made systems are developed\u2014for different diameters, higher pressures, corrosive media, or extreme operating conditions. <\/p>

Customers include various utility companies, pipeline operators, and chemical and industrial companies. ISOFLANGES solutions provide cathodic corrosion protection, meet the highest testing and quality standards, and are already suitable for 100% hydrogen and CO\u2082 applications. At the same time, each application is designed specifically for the medium and use case\u2014from kerosene to drinking water. <\/p>
