The system needed to be brought up to the latest standards in terms of safety and operational requirements\u2014while also meeting high requirements for electrical isolation, cathodic corrosion protection, and a low-maintenance design over the long term. Different connection standards and specialized sealing systems complicated its integration into the existing infrastructure.  <\/p><p>ISOFLANGES developed and supplied custom CCP insulating flange systems for various pressure ratings and installation scenarios. Custom solutions for O-ring seals and recessed flange designs combine ASME and DIN connections into a unified insulation concept. Thanks to the precise design and close coordination with the operator, the new components could be integrated into the plant environment without extensive modifications. The result is a robust, low-maintenance solution that enhances operational safety in the distribution network and prepares the plant for future changes in the gas infrastructure.
