Going forward, Steffen Rathmann will lead the company as sole managing director.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This change comes in the year of the company\u2019s 10th anniversary. Claudia Suckut has played a key role in shaping and guiding the growth and development of ISOFLANGES. For the past two years, she has co-led the company with Steffen Rathmann. She is now handing over operational responsibility to him.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis step fills me with both joy and a sense of wistfulness,\u201d says Claudia Suckut. \u201cSaying goodbye to a company that I co-founded and, above all, helped shape significantly in the early days is not easy for me. At the same time, I look back with gratitude and pride on what we have achieved together. I\u2019d like to extend my special thanks to our employees, Steffen, and our business partners and customers. Your trust and our collaborative partnership were especially valuable to me and have shaped ISOFLANGES. Now I\u2019m looking forward to a new chapter. ISOFLANGES\u2019 success story will continue thanks to Steffen\u2019s expertise and our strong team. Companion continues to stand behind the company and will support its further development in a spirit of partnership,\u201d says Niclas Ahrens of the investment firm Companion.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ISOFLANGES was founded in 2016 to fill a gap in the market: there was a lack of high-quality insulating flange connections that combined leak tightness, pressure resistance, electrical insulation, and cathodic corrosion protection while remaining maintenance-free.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, ISOFLANGES in Winsen (Aller) manufactures highly specialized insulating flanges, including custom designs for energy and industrial infrastructure. The company also focuses on meeting the growing requirements posed by hydrogen,<sub>CO2<\/sub>, and other challenging media. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since Investor Companion came on board in 2024, ISOFLANGES has been systematically expanding its capacity and team.
