ISO-KonneX insulating flanges
for screw-type connection systems (clamping, cutting ring)
ISO-KonneX applies HP2 technology to screw-type connection systems, enabling electrical isolation that meets all CCP requirements, even for clamp and cutting-ring connections.
General characteristics
- For gases in accordance with G260, including the 5th gas family (≤100% H₂ and CO₂), and liquids with low conductivity
- Technically maintenance-free
- Seal replacement possible; complete insulating flange connection is reusable
- Corrugated ring seals in a positive-displacement configuration; the sealing material does not exhibit flow behavior
- Can be adapted to the installation space and pipework
- Cleaning-friendly, aerodynamic design

Specific Characteristics
- For gases classified as G260, including the 5th gas family (≤100% H2, CO2), and liquids with low conductivity
- meets all the requirements for full-featured CCP systems
- Adapter range for all common screw-on systems in sizes from 6 to 28 mm
- Suitable for clamp-ring and cutting-ring fittings
- Includes a band-type pipe clamp for use in Ex Zone 1 and Ex Zone 2
Applications
- Electrical isolation of precision piping in instrumentation and control systems, in skids and compact modules, in measurement and control circuits, for Zone 1 and Zone 2 explosion-hazard requirements
