Accessories and spare parts
Our accessories make insulation installations easier, safer, and more durable: Screw bolts, corrugated ring gaskets, spray adhesives, and compensating rings support a guided, error-tolerant installation, while KALA clamps, ex isolating spark gaps, and splash guards facilitate retrofitting and replacement—from initial installation through maintenance.
General characteristics
- For gases in accordance with G260, including the 5th gas family (≤100% H₂ and CO₂), and liquids with low conductivity
- Technically maintenance-free
- Seal replacement possible; complete insulating flange connection is reusable
- Corrugated ring seals in a positive-displacement configuration; the sealing material does not exhibit flow behavior

Variants
SCREW BOLTS
- Securely attached screw bolt insulation, at least 1.5–2.0 mm
- Insulation resistant to UV rays, alkalis, acids, and seawater
- Non-slip and position-stable insulation
- Screw bolts with a self-lubricating zinc lamellar surface coating; no lubrication or greasing required; with a constant coefficient of friction
- Bolts and nuts made of 25CrMo4 material with an APZ of 3.2
WELL RING SEAL
- Groove-mounted corrugated ring seal with full-surface compression in a force-balanced configuration; no flow behavior of the sealing material
- Approved in accordance with DIN 30690 and TA Luft
- Suitable for all media and pressure ratings in HP2 insulating flange connections
- Available for reorder as a replacement part
Compensating ring kit
- Accessories for flange connections in accordance with DIN EN 1092-1
- Compensating ring kits for secure adjustment to the sealing surface height, available in various material thicknesses
- Available in a variety of material thicknesses
CABLE LUG: KALA / KALA PLUS
- Suitable for use in Ex Zone 1 and Ex Zone 2
- Electrogalvanized version for high corrosion protection
- KaLa Plus with an additional sheath to protect against unintentional bridging and mechanical damage
- and with a graphite contact pad for safe, spark-free contact
ex isolating spark gap
- ExFS 100 with a cable length of 100, 200, or 300 mm for Ex Zone 1
- ExFS 200 and ExFS 300 models for Zone 2 hazardous areas
- KU isolating spark gap, approved for underground installation and Zone 1 hazardous areas

ISO KSS 010 CORROSION PROTECTION SPRAY
- A dry, barely visible, and flexible corrosion-protective film
- Temperature-resistant with excellent lubricating properties
- to protect the steel parts after assembly
- Coefficient of friction of 0.10, suitable for calculations in accordance with EN 1594-1
- Significantly higher corrosion protection than conventional protective films
