Winsen (Aller), September 28, 2026 | After ten years at ISOFLANGES, co-founder Claudia Suckut will step down from day-to-day operations effective October 1, 2026. Going forward, Steffen Rathmann will lead the company as sole managing director.
This change comes in the year of the company’s 10th anniversary. Claudia Suckut has played a key role in shaping and guiding the growth and development of ISOFLANGES. For the past two years, she has co-led the company with Steffen Rathmann. She is now handing over operational responsibility to him.
“This step fills me with both joy and a sense of wistfulness,” says Claudia Suckut. “Saying goodbye to a company that I co-founded and, above all, helped shape significantly in the early days is not easy for me. At the same time, I look back with gratitude and pride on what we have achieved together. I’d like to extend my special thanks to our employees, Steffen, and our business partners and customers. Your trust and our collaborative partnership were especially valuable to me and have shaped ISOFLANGES. Now I’m looking forward to a new chapter. ISOFLANGES’ success story will continue thanks to Steffen’s expertise and our strong team. I wish everyone continued success from the bottom of my heart.”
“Claudia has shaped ISOFLANGES from the very beginning,” says Steffen Rathmann. “Her dedication, expertise, and commitment have made the company what it is today. For that, she deserves our deepest gratitude.”
“With this change in leadership, ISOFLANGES continues to evolve steadily. As the founder, Claudia Suckut laid the foundation for the company and provided important impetus over many years. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to her for this. At the same time, we believe that with Steffen Rathmann and the experienced team, ISOFLANGES is very well positioned to take the next steps toward growth. Companion continues to stand behind the company and will support its further development in a spirit of partnership,” says Niclas Ahrens of the investment firm Companion.
ISOFLANGES was founded in 2016 to fill a gap in the market: there was a lack of high-quality insulating flange connections that combined leak tightness, pressure resistance, electrical insulation, and cathodic corrosion protection while remaining maintenance-free.
Today, ISOFLANGES in Winsen (Aller) manufactures highly specialized insulating flanges, including custom designs for energy and industrial infrastructure. The company also focuses on meeting the growing requirements posed by hydrogen,CO2, and other challenging media.
Since Investor Companion came on board in 2024, ISOFLANGES has been systematically expanding its capacity and team. The reorganization of the management team thus signifies continuity and a focus on the future: Steffen Rathmann will lead the company as sole managing director and continue its successful growth.
