ISOflanges offers energy suppliers companies in the natural gas and petroleum sector, KKS specialist companies and industrial companies high-quality insulating flanges for safe cathodic corrosion protection in pipeline construction.

The – partly patented – insulating flange constructions are available for all DIN EN and ASME dimensions and comply with the current regulations and quality requirements, such as DIN 30690-1: 2016-04, DVGW G463, DGRL 2014\68\EU and DIN EN 1594.

ISOflanges insulating flange designs are characterized by durability and reliability. The use of high-quality components such as GRP insulated bolts or e.g. polyolefin insulated stud bolts ensures a trouble-free function of the cathodic corrosion protection in pipeline and plant construction and thus contributes to the value retention of the plants.

The surfaces of the studs and nuts are equipped with a self-lubricating coating. Lubrication and greasing are no longer necessary!

We always ensure the highest possible quality standard by using high-quality materials specially produced for us, as well as adapting to changing market requirements and regulations.

For special requirements of our customers, we can realize individual solutions by special constructions. To round off our product portfolio, we have accessories for the KKS, such as cable lugs and Ex spark gaps, in our program.

The finished part acceptances of the insulating flange connections comply with the requirements of the standard and regulations. The necessary measures and requirements are taken into account and fulfilled. ISOflanges is certified according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) in category 2, module A2.

DVGW product certification was successfully carried out for type HP and an HTB certificate is available for the insulating flange version type HTG.
