HP2 provides maintenance-free, safe insulation, high pressure resistance, and complete corrosion protection for gaseous and liquid media—from natural gas to 100% hydrogen and CO2.
General Characteristics: ASME
- For gases classified as G260, including the 5th gas family (≤100% H2, CO2), and liquids with low conductivity
- Technically maintenance-free
- Seal replacement possible; complete insulating flange connection is reusable
- Corrugated ring seals in a positive-displacement configuration; the sealing material does not exhibit flow behavior
- Cleaning-friendly, aerodynamic design
General Characteristics: ASME 5 CCPs
- For gases classified as G260, including the 5th gas family (≤100% H2, CO2), and liquids with low conductivity
- Installation without welding or modifications to the pipe fittings
- With connectors protruding into the pipe cross-section to ensure electrical isolation, without deposits or short circuits
- Technically maintenance-free
- Seal replacement possible; complete insulating flange connection is reusable
- Corrugated ring seals in a positive-displacement configuration; the sealing material does not exhibit flow behavior
