INSULATING FLANGES WITH ONE-SIDE CONNECTORS

In the DIN 5 CCP B1, the fitting ensures that the insulating point protrudes precisely into the pipe cross-section, even when installation space is limited: It guides the medium cleanly through the separation point, ensures electrical isolation, and prevents deposits or short circuits from impairing the CCP effect. Thanks to the insulating flange’s overall length of just 5 mm—with a single-sided spigot at the inner diameter and at the screw bolt holes—the installation length remains minimal. The bolt size is one size smaller than specified in DIN standards; however, this is fully accounted for in the torque calculation, thereby enabling a space-saving yet safely designed CCP isolation point.
